Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and PJW Enterprises LLC, a California limited liability company ("we", "us"), operator of RESET by Becoming Him (the "Service") at https://resetbybecominghim.com. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. Effective September 7, 2026.

1. Adults 18 and over only

The Service is available only to people who are 18 years of age or older. You must confirm your age at signup. Accounts we believe belong to minors are removed.

2. Your account

  • Provide accurate information and keep it current.
  • Keep your password and any two-step verification codes confidential.
  • You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
  • Tell us at support@resetbybecominghim.com if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

3. Membership, billing and cancellation

First payment charged today. Renews monthly until canceled. New memberships cost $29.99 per month. There is no free trial: the first $29.99 payment is charged at checkout and then automatically once per month until you cancel. Members who joined earlier keep the price and any trial already granted under their original terms. You must affirmatively consent to these billing terms before checkout.

  • Access begins only after the payment is confirmed by our payment processor.
  • Cancel at any time from Account → Manage subscription, which opens the Stripe customer portal. No phone call or support ticket is required.
  • Cancellation prevents the next renewal charge. It does not refund the current billing period.
  • You keep access through the end of the period you already paid for, unless access is terminated for safety, fraud, abuse or legal reasons.
  • All payments are final and nonrefundable, except duplicate charges, billing errors, unauthorized transactions, or refunds required by law. See the Refund Policy.
  • Prices may change with advance notice; any change applies only to renewals after the notice period.
  • Card payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store full card numbers.

4. What RESET is and is not

RESET is an educational behavior-change and peer-support application. It is not rehabilitation, medical care, therapy, diagnosis, treatment, or an emergency service, and it does not create a clinician–patient relationship. Content and prompts in the Service are general information, not professional advice.

5. Community, profiles and invites

  • You may post text and reactions inside your private squad, follow other members, report content, block members, and share invite links.
  • Public profiles are opt-in, and each sharing category (day number, check-in status, achievements) is a separate opt-in control that is off by default.
  • Anything you choose to publish on a public profile or post in a squad may be seen, saved or screenshotted by others. Do not post information you need to keep private.
  • Invite links you share can be used by the people you send them to. Squad invite links expire and can be revoked by you.

6. Prohibited conduct and moderation

You agree not to violate the Community Rules, which are part of these Terms. We may remove content, restrict features, reassign or remove you from a squad, or suspend or terminate accounts, with or without notice, to protect members or comply with law. Reported content may be retained for moderation, safety and legal purposes.

7. Intellectual property and your content

The Service, including its software, design, text, and branding, is owned by PJW Enterprises LLC and protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service while your membership is active.

You keep ownership of what you submit. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display and transmit your content solely to operate, secure, moderate and support the Service. This license ends when your content is deleted, except for copies retained for backup, moderation, safety or legal obligations.

8. Suspension, termination and deletion

You may stop using the Service at any time and request account deletion from Account settings or by emailing support@resetbybecominghim.com. Deleting your account cancels your subscription going forward; it does not refund amounts already paid. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, safety risks, fraud, abuse, or legal reasons.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee any particular outcome, reduction in use, savings, or health result. We do not continuously monitor posts or messages and cannot provide emergency intervention.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PJW Enterprises LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or personal injury where such limitation is prohibited. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

11. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You and PJW Enterprises LLC agree that any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California, and both parties consent to personal jurisdiction there. This does not limit your right to bring a qualifying claim in small claims court.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date and, where required, notified to you before they apply. Continuing to use the Service after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
