Refund Policy

This policy applies to memberships in RESET by Becoming Him, operated by PJW Enterprises LLC (California). Effective September 7, 2026.

Billing terms

First payment charged today. Renews monthly until canceled. New memberships are $29.99 per month with no free trial. The first payment is charged at checkout and renews automatically each month until you cancel. Earlier members keep their original terms. Once a charge occurs, the nonrefundable policy below applies.

All payments are final

All subscription payments are final and nonrefundable from the moment of purchase. We do not provide refunds or credits for:

• Partial months or unused access.
• Changing your mind after purchase.
• Forgetting to cancel before a renewal.
• Not using the app during a paid period.

Exceptions

We will refund a charge when it is:

• A duplicate charge for the same billing period.
• A billing or processing error on our side.
• An unauthorized transaction, once verified.
• A refund required by applicable law.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

Canceling

Cancel at any time from Account → Manage subscription, which opens the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation stops all future renewal charges. It does not refund the current billing period, and you keep access through the end of the period you already paid for.

Requests and disputes

Send refund requests to support@resetbybecominghim.com from the email address on your account, including the charge date and amount. Please contact us before opening a chargeback — most billing issues are resolved faster directly.
