Privacy Policy

This policy explains how PJW Enterprises LLC (California) handles information in RESET by Becoming Him at https://resetbybecominghim.com. Effective September 7, 2026. The Service is for adults 18 and over.

Information we collect

• Account and authentication: email address, password credentials handled by our authentication provider, display name, avatar, time zone, and two-step verification enrollment status. We never store authenticator secrets in our application tables or logs.
• Recovery and progress information you choose to enter: cannabis-use baseline and logs, check-ins, cravings, triggers and risk windows, promises and daily minimums, lapses and recovery answers, journal-like entries, achievements, wallet goals, savings figures and self-entered income.
• Subscription information: membership status, renewal dates and billing events. Payment-card information is collected and processed by Stripe; we do not receive or store full card numbers.
• Optional public profile information: username, bio, avatar, and the specific categories you switch on for sharing.
• Community information: squad membership, squad posts and reactions, invites and invite acceptances, follows, blocks and reports.
• Technical, security and usage information: device and browser information, IP-derived request data, sign-in and security events, error reports, and rate-limiting records used to prevent abuse.

How we use information

• Operate your account, membership and the features you use.
• Calculate your personal money, time and pattern figures from your own answers.
• Run private squads, invites, follows, blocking and reporting.
• Process subscriptions, renewals and billing communications through Stripe.
• Keep the Service secure, prevent fraud and abuse, and moderate reported content.
• Provide support and send service and transactional email.
• Comply with legal obligations.

Your sharing controls

Sensitive recovery information — check-ins, cravings, lapse details, recovery answers, journal-like entries, wallet totals, income and billing details — is private to you unless you deliberately turn on a sharing control. Public profiles are off by default, and each sharing category (day number, check-in status, achievements) is a separate switch. Squad members only ever see your display name, avatar, the day and check-in status you allow, clear-day celebrations, voluntary support requests, and what you explicitly post.

Service providers

• Supabase — database, authentication and file storage.
• Stripe — subscription payments, billing portal and receipts.
• Email provider — account, security and subscription email.
• Hosting and essential infrastructure — running and securing the app.

These providers process information on our instructions and only as needed to deliver their service.

We do not sell your information

We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not use your recovery information for advertising.

Security, retention and deletion

Access to your records is enforced at the database level so other members cannot read your private data. Uploaded files are stored privately and served through short-lived signed links. No system is perfectly secure, and we make no claim to hold certifications we do not have.

We keep your information while your account is active and for as long as needed for legal, tax, safety and moderation purposes. You can request deletion in Account settings or by emailing support@resetbybecominghim.com. Deletion removes your personal records; anonymized aggregate counts, reported content retained for moderation, and records we must keep by law may remain.

California privacy rights

Where applicable, California residents may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, request details about the categories we collect and disclose, and are protected against discrimination for exercising these rights. Because we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, there is nothing to opt out of. Send requests to support@resetbybecominghim.com; we verify requests through the email on your account.

Children

The Service is for adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 and remove such accounts when identified.
