Community Rules

Last updated September 7, 2026

These rules are part of the Terms of Service and apply to squad posts, reactions, public profiles, usernames, bios, invites and anything else you share in RESET.

How squads work

A squad is a private group of up to six people running their own 30-day reset. There is no public feed, no follower rankings, and no direct messages. What happens in your squad stays in your squad.

What we expect

  • Tell the truth, including about lapses.
  • Show up for people in a hard moment.
  • Respond to honesty with support, not judgment.
  • Keep other members' details private.

What is never allowed

  • Harassment, threats, hate, bullying, or unwanted sexual content.
  • Doxxing: posting someone's personal details or exposing another member's private recovery information.
  • Selling, sourcing, promoting, or arranging drugs, or instructions that facilitate illegal activity.
  • Encouraging dangerous consumption, or presenting medical advice as professional treatment or posing as a clinician.
  • Scams, spam, impersonation, and unauthorized promotion or solicitation.
  • Any content involving minors, including sexual content and recruitment.
  • Attempts to evade blocks, reports, squad restrictions, suspensions or other enforcement, including alternate accounts.
  • Shaming someone for reporting a lapse.

Reporting and blocking

Any post, profile or member can be reported from the squad or profile screen. Reports go to a human review queue and reported content stays available to moderators. Blocking a member immediately hides their content from you and hides yours from them.

Enforcement and appeals

Violations can lead to content removal, loss of posting or profile features, squad reassignment or removal, suspension, or account termination. Enforcement actions are logged. If you believe an action was a mistake, email support@resetbybecominghim.com from the address on your account and a person will review it.

Emergencies

Your squad is not an emergency service and we do not monitor posts continuously. If you or someone else is in danger, call 911 or call/text 988 in the U.S. See Safety Resources.
